1 to 1 1/2 Cups Soy Flour
3/4 Cup Greated Parm. Cheese
Garlic Powder to taste
1 Egg or egg substitute
Step: 1

In mixing bowl beat egg, add dry ingredients. Add just enough water
to form a stiff dough ball. Spray top of dough with PAM. Shape into ball. Place dough on an GREASED pizza pan, cover with plastic wrap and roll out very thin. (I even did it on a pizza stone)

Place in 400 F. oven bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, add toppings and finish cooking for another 10 - 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
