Introduction
A nice change from the regulary egg and cheese omelet.
Ingredients
1/2 (2 oz) canned crab or fresh cooked crab
2 eggs
1/4 cup (more or less to taste) of peppers and onions mix (I use the frozen)
1/2 tsp (more or less to taste) Old Bay Seasoning
1 oz cheese of your choice (optional)
Butter

Directions
Step: 1Saute pepper and onions in butter until clear. Meanwhile, beat eggs until frothy, add crab and seasoning. Pour over peppers and onions until set. Sprinkle with cheese and fold. Cook until done - an additional minute is usually enough.
