True Southern Barbeque

|3-5 pound Lean pork roast
1/4 cup vinigar
1/4 cup hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Marinate the roast overnight in the other ingredients. Then place in a crockpot and slow cook for 6-8 hours on low. One hour before serving, shred the meat with forks and continue to slow cook.
To serve this true southern style, each serving should be topped with coleslaw. Great on wasa bread.
