philipino style adobo chicken/beef/pork
|Name||philipino style adobo chicken/beef/pork|
|2 lbs beef, chicken or pork sliced or cubed about 1 1/2 inches square(you can cook all 3 thogether if you want)
|Step: 1||For best flavor marinate the meat for 1 hr or up to overnight in 1/2 cup vinegar, 1-3 tsps garlic powder(the garlic should be strong!), and 2-4 Tablespoons soy sauce. If you are in a hurry add the marinade after you brown the meat.
brown the meat in a little oil (add the rest of the marinade back to pan and simmer for about 30 minutes.
EASIEST WAY TO FIX- PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A CROCK POT. LOW FOR 8 HRS. HIGH FOR ABOUT 4. MEAT WILL BE TENDER, JUICY AND IT HAS A DIFFERENT TASTE WHICH SPICES UP A low carb DIET. (when i make chicken i eat it with tiny extremely HOT peppers-they come in a jar in vinegar. If you like hot food it's wonderful!!!)
|CARBS-soy sauce has 1 per tablespoon.
