Take thin slices of round deli provolone cheese and place on a microwave safe plate sprayed with a little cooking spray. Microwave on high for approx. 2 minutes until lacey and golden brown. Sprinkle slightly with salt. Remove from plate with a thin sharp knife and while still warm and pliable bend in half in the shape of a taco shell - hold for about 30 seconds. When cooled stuff with all your favorite taco fixins. Hint - put lettuce in the bottom of the taco shell first to absorb some of the moisture from the meat so the "shell" doesn't get soft. Enjoy!
