Ingredients
6 slices crisp, crumbled bacon
1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 eggs, well beaten
1 teas. salt
1/4 teas. white pepper





Directions
Step: 1Mix bacon, cheeses, eggs and seasonings. Bake in a 1 1/2 quart dish for 35 - 40 minutes or until set.
