Ingredients
3 pounds ground chuck
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
2 8oz cans tomatoe sauce - no sugar added
3/4 c ketchup
1 Tables. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Step: 1Brown beef in a skillet and drain off fat. Put in Crock Pot and add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours and on low 8-10 hours.
