Creamy Pork Chops

|Serves/Yields||2 - 3, depending on the number and size of the pork chops|

|4-6 pork chops,any cut you like
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp cajun seasoning
3/4 cup heavy cream (you may use more if you like more sauce)
|Step: 1||Heat oil in heavy skillet and add in the cajun seasoning until it starts to pop. Brown chops in the seasoning and remove. Pour cream into the pan and heat, stirring to loosen the bits on the bottom of the pan. Place the chops back into the cream mixture, cover, and let simmer for about 30 minutes, occasionally turning the chops to keep them covered with the sauce.
I like to serve them with asparagus spears or broccoli and drizzle the vegetables with the sauce.
