2 Pound Raw medium Shrimp Shell & Deveined
2 Tablespoons Oil
1/2 Pound Lean Pork
1/3 Cup Scallions finely chopped
2 Cups Mushroom Thinly sliced
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Package Frozen Snow Pea Pods (7 oz) Partially Thawed
Step: 1Preheat wok pot to 350 degrees and add vegetable oil. Cut shrimp into halves lengthwise and rinse well.
Stir fry ground pork until lightly browned. Stir in the shrimp halves and scallions and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Blend chicken stock and soy sauce and pour into the unit. Turn heat up to 400 degrees, stiring constantly for 3 minutes.
Add snow pea pods, cooking until thawed but still crisp. Serve immediately
