Ingredients
4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 c. bottled taco sauce
3T lime juice
3T tequila
2 jalepeno peppers, (seeded & minced)2 cloves minced garlic1t salt1/2t ground cumin
Directions
Step: 1Rinse and pat dry chicken. In a ziplock bag large enough to hold all the ingredients mix the taco sauce, lime juice, teqila, peppers, garlic, salt, and cumin. Add chicken. Marinate 1 hour at room temp or up to 12 hours in fridge. *Prepare hot fire. brush grill with oil to keep chicken from sticking. Grill, turning and basting with marinade 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Slice into thin strips. *You can bake this chicken at 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes if grilling is not an option.
