2 Tables. butter
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, halved, and boned
10 3/4 ounce cream of chicken soup
1/4 c white wine or cream
dash pepper
1 1/2 c sliced carrots
4.5 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Step: 1In a large skillet over med heat melt butter. Brown chicken about 5 minutes on each side. In a small bowl combine soup, wine(cream)and pepper. Pour over chicken. Stir in carrots and mushrooms. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25-35 minutes.
