|My father eats LC all of the time. He often asks for his "special" . With a usual of 20 to 30 carbs per DAY for him, this hits the spot!
|4 slices of bologna
4 slices of cheese
|Step: 1||In large pan, fry bologna and egg over easy or cook all the way how ever you like them. When eggs and bologna are just about done place cheese atop egg and place egg atop bologna. Garnish with salt and pepper (optional of course) and there you have it. Quick easy and tasty! My dad eats this about 4 times a week sometimes for lunch and other times for breakfast like I said he loves it.
